While many (most?) of the uses of AI in automotive are for autonomous-drive-related features, there is a growing need for AI to be used in software development and testing. Analysis of the relationships and dependencies between software functions, and of their behavior in run-time will generate actionable insights that will improve the software quality, the development and release agility and increase efficiencies. The questions that will be answered in this presentation include: • Why is software testing exponentially more complex today? • What can AI do for software development & validation? • How do OTA updates change the landscape for software functionality testing and validation?
