I am a Managing Director with Accenture Health, working to improve the healthcare experience for people at the intersection of business and technology. I started at Accenture in the Health industry, and in my first project noted how its complexity impacts upon human interactions online. I began working to make these interactions more simple, intuitive and personal using modern technology, and have continued since then.
