Fürth, Germany. Solectrix will introduce its proFRAME Base Board 3.1 PXIe for the PXI Express standard at this year’s embedded world in Germany. The solution is a 3U module using the PXI Express Gen 3 x8 bus with support for streamlined integration into National Instruments’ LabVIEW platform into current systems.

When you’re developing an embedded imaging system, availability is usually not much of an issue if off-the-shelf components work for you. But while the built-in processing of today’s smart cameras can produce good results, functional safety requirements may necessitate access to image data on a deeper level than provided by such black-box solutions.

During embedded world 2025, Solectrix will introduce the merging of the Solectrix Group (Solectrix GmbH and Solectrix Systems GmbH) with the ASSDEV Group (ASSDEV GmbH and AST-X GmbH). The merger is expected to utilize the manufacturing know-how of ASSDEV combined with Solectrix Systems knowledge of the fabrication and sales of complex electronic assemblies and systems.
