I remember being in kindergarten and watching the Challenger rip apart 73 seconds after launch. There were two classes in the room that day watching the TV in shock, and me, with the wonder of what is really out there. Haruki Murakami in Kafka on the Shore sums up perfectly how I perceive space. “Beyond the edge of the world there’s a space where emptiness and substance neatly overlap, where past and future form a continuous, endless loop. And, hovering about, there are signs no one has ever read, chords no one has ever heard.”
 

In Khaled Hosseini's book, A Thousand Splendid Suns, he writes, “Tell your secret to the wind, but don’t blame it for telling the trees.” Today, I am the wind, and you are the trees as we are off to Arezzo to visit some pals at SECO as they divulge the secrets they are taking with them to embedded world 2023. 

In Slaughterhouse 5, Vonnegut used his real-life WW2 Dresden experience to form the plot of one of his most famous works. As a POW in Nazi Germany, Vonnegut witnessed the aftermath the bombing left of Dresden and, well, after destruction, there must be something new, so we visit a different Dresden today and enjoy Abendbrot with our hosts, Metirionic, and learn what they have new for us at embedded world 2023.  

We are back yet again in such a short time. You might think we just decided to stroll around, and we have, sort of, but one must remember a poem from The Fellowship of the Ring that sings of Aragorn with, “Not all those who wander are lost.” So, now we wander in an organized way over to see ICOP and witness what innovative EtherCAT solutions it is bringing to booth 1-581 at embedded world 2023. 

So many vendors to see, so little time. We are ramping up our Road to embedded world 2023 and getting back On the Road earlier than expected with a great philosophical thought from Jack Kerouac on how we leave our visits. Kerouac notes, “What is that feeling when you’re driving away from people and they recede on the plain till you see their specks dispersing? – it’s the too-huge world vaulting us, and it’s good-bye. But we lean forward to the next crazy venture beneath the skies.” 

After being reminded of this quote from Mark Twain, “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime,” and noticing our partners are getting as excited as we are, The Road to embedded world 2023 is going to enhance our travels to go to as many different corners as Twain suggested.

Augustine of Hippo once declared, “The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.” This is a good reminder for us to turn yet another page of our travels, and move to the next stop. We are not traveling far, and get to our next stop rather quickly, where we are taking a look inside CELUS and what they are bringing to embedded world 2023.

Edgar Allan Poe once penned, "Travelling is like dreaming: the only difference is that not everyone, once awaken, can recall their dream. Whereas, everyone has a vivid memory of the trip from which he has returned. " With this in mind, let’s continue our travels on the road to embedded world 2023.
