BlackBerry Limited and LG Electronics Inc. are strengthening their partnership in an effort to launch connected and autonomous vehicle technology for automotive OEMs and suppliers worldwide.
BlackBerry Limited and LG Electronics Inc. are strengthening their partnership in an effort to launch connected and autonomous vehicle technology for automotive OEMs and suppliers worldwide.
LG plans to use a range of BlackBerry QNX software and services to manufacture next generation digital consolidated cockpits such as infotainment systems, digital instrument clusters, and telematics systems for multiple OEMs, per their agreement.
BlackBerry will provide LG with QNX software for new systems including QNX Software Development Platform (SDP 7.0), QNX OS for Safety, QNX Hypervisor, QNX acoustics middleware, QNX SDK for Apps and Media.
