Vorago Technologies, based in Austin, Texas, is a somewhat under the radar company that offers products for extreme temperature and radiation environments. The company recently introduced a data-acquisition and reference design kit that—no surprise—can simply design at extreme temperatures. The kit can operate at 200˚C and comes with all the software that’s needed for rapid development and prototyping.

Vorago collaborated with PetroMar Technologies and Analog Devices to produce the kit. Included is a high temperature PCB, and all connectors and cables needed to get the board up and running (on the bench or in the oven) immediately. It also contains a software board support package (BSP) and a data-capture and analysis software GUI. Dubbed the HT-DAB-1, the kit can be ordered today and will be available in the third quarter.
