Entner Electronics has released the UC-200 embedded vision camera based on the 30 fps Sony 13 megapixel EXMOR sensor and F2.2 lens. Proprietary camera read-out electronics enable high speed image capture, high sensitivity, and low noise in a compact package for applications such as digital security and surveillance (DSS), drones, video communications systems, and visualizers.
The UC-200 supports a 1080p/60 HDMI or LVDS output and 13 megapixel snapshot mode (other resolutions available on request), as well as an optional high-quality digital zoom up to 16x. Integrated HDMI, LVDS, Ethernet, and USB eliminates the need for additional interfacing components. The camera can be controlled using the proprietary #SPEED or VISCA protocols.
On-screen controls can also be added to the UC-200 via the device’s Linux OS.
To better assess the camera’s physical interfaces and controls, a ready-to-use R&D kit can be ordered from [email protected].
