Infineon Technologies AG announced the AIROC™ IFW56810 Cloud Connectivity Manager (CCM), a solution that supports the AWS IoT ExpressLink standards and specifications. This combined offering enables increased efficiency for companies and end customers to connect products such as industrial sensors, home appliances, irrigation systems, and medical devices to Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Infineon Technologies announced that the company’s new AIROC IFW56810 Cloud Connectivity Manager (CCM) solution supports the AWS IoT ExpressLink standards and specifications.

The Sterling-LWB+ delivers a fully featured Wi-Fi 4 radio enabled with Laird Connectivity’s software drivers and support. The SDIO solution can be integrated with any Linux or Android based system, with RTOS software integration coming soon.

To amplify startup engagement Infineon signed a memorandum of understanding with Hyundai Motor Group (Hyundai). Under this agreement, Infineon will support startups with product level technical expertise to enhance their success-rate and offer them the opportunity for closer collaboration within Infineon’s Co-Innovation Space in Singapore.
