The 12-megapixel ultra-definition-resolution Raspberry Pi High Quality Camera with interchangeable lenses is ideal for machine vision applications and low light conditions.
Newark has released the Raspberry Pi High Quality Camera, a 12.3 MP UHD camera that supports interchangeable lenses. Compatible with all models of Raspberry Pi development boards, the High Quality Camera uses a Sony IMX477 sensor for 50 percent greater sensitivity than the Raspberry Pi Camera Module v2 for content-rich still images and video footage in even low-light conditions.
The High Quality Camera consists of:
A circuit board with the aforementioned Sony sensor
Milled aluminum lens mount with an integrated tripod mount and focus adjustment ring
C- to CS- lens mount adaptor that supports 6mm wide-angle and 16 mm telephoto lenses
The camera is available in North America from Newark at http://newark.com.
