RISC-V Has Officially Arrived
The 2018 RISC-V Summit has marked a turning point for the open source ISA, with numerous commercial development tools, IP cores, and evaluation kits announced. Rick O'Connor, Executive Director of the RISC-V Foundation speaks with Brandon Lewis, Editor-in-Chief of Embedded Computing Design, about the evolution of RISC-V and how it compares to other architectures of the past, present, and future.
