Exciting news at Embedded World 2015 – Deutschmann Automation are introducing new optimally harmonized gateways linking CAN and Ethernet networks with an unprecedented range of proprietary and standard industry protocols, with particular focus on those increasingly employed on the factory floor, such as DeviceNET, CANopen, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP and PROFINET to the very latest specifications, facilitating TCP/IP and UDP communication between control areas and the factory floor.

Integrating an onboard CAN Master, the product is equally suited to bridging CAN/CANopen networks with other protocols as it is fusing new CAN devices onto any fieldbus or Ethernet domain.
