Having worked with General Motors (GM) for over two years, LDRA is implementing new technologies used by the company for software component validation and verification. This will enable suppliers to develop high assurance software by industrializing the process of abiding by coding standards applicable to end user applications ranging from multimedia and infotainment to powertrain and body electronics.

The LDRA tool suite for Automotive helps suppliers overcome challenges in developing software that satisfies strict automotive standards. This is accomplished by automating the process of complying with industry and coding standards to ensure that progression from one stage to another is effortless.

LDRA enables GM suppliers to streamline their verification process, improve communication with GM itself, and reduce potentially thousands of hours of documentation by providing GM suppliers a tool suite that fully integrates the GM coding standards.
