MYIR Launches Zynq UltraScale+ Vision Starter Kit

MYIR's Vision Edge Computing Platform is based on the Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ platform and a 4K Sony image sensor.

MYIR has launched the Vision Edge Computing Platform (VECP) starter kit based on Xilinx' Zynq UltraScale+ ZU3EG device. The VECP is built around the MYD-CZU3EG-ISP development board, which includes a CPU module and 4K SONY imx334 sensor that connects over the MIPI-CSI interface through an FPC cable.

A built-in ISP core on the MYD-CZU3EG-ISP can process 4K video captured by the SONY sensor at 30 fps, and transmit video with a latency of just 0.7 ms. Other integrated IP cores support GigE vision and USB3 vision for high-speed video transmission over these interfaces to FPGA logic.

The VECP runs Linux out of the box and comes with ample software resources.

The Starter Kit can be purchased off-the-shelf for $599, and custom design services are available. For more information, visit http://www.myirtech.com/list.asp?id=631.
