Devart released new versions of Delphi Data Access Components with support for cloud providers in UniDAC and other significant features.
Devart, a recognized vendor of database connectivity solutions for Embarcadero RAD Studio and Microsoft .NET development platforms, as well as database development and management software, has released updated Delphi Data Access Components with significant new features and support for cloud providers in UniDAC.
The features and capabilities included into this DACs update are:
* The new UniDAC version has Cloud providers, which allow developing applications that work with data stored in the most popular Cloud services such as: BigCommerce, Dynamics CRM, FreshBooks, Magento, MailChimp, NetSuite, Salesforce, Salesforce MC, SugarCRM, QuickBooks, Zoho CRM.
*OS authentication in the Direct mode is supported in ODAC; NChar literal replacement functionality has been added.
*MyDAC supports the work with Azure Database for MySQL; support for JSON data type has been added.
*Support for SSPI authentication is available in the recent PgDAC version. This gives PostgreSQL users the ability to authorize themselves with the help of another method of authentication, as well as using a User Name and Password.
*Support for custom SQL aggregate functions in the updated LiteDAC
*The performance of TVirtualQuery component in VirtualDAC is significantly improved. Support for application-defined functions and application-defined collations have been added to TVirtualQuery. Additionally, AutoInc fields are supported in TVirtualTable.
