Vicor’s new 80W DCM ChiPs include a wide-input voltage range of 9V to 75V and are available with nominal output voltages of 12V, 24V, 28V and 48V.
The extensive DCM family comes in the 3623 (36 x 23mm) ChiP format with a power density of 1,032W/in3.
The new DCMs can be used in defense and industrial applications including:
- UAV
- ground vehicle
- radar
- transportation and industrial controls
- available in M-grade and can perform in temperatures as low as -55°C
