Microchip has released a family of 16- and 24-bit ADCs with programmable data rates of up to 153.6 kilosamples per second. The 24-bit MCP356x and 16-bit MCP346x delta-sigma ADCs are available with one/two/four differential or two/four/eight single-ended channel options.
The MCP3xxx ADCs include an internal oscillator, burnout current source, and temperature sensor, and are designed into a 3 mm x 3 mm UQFN-20 package.
