GaN Systems will Highlight Their Innovations at Electronica 2018

GaN Systems will appear at Electronica 2018, November 13-16, in Munich, Germany and share key observations and insights on the automotive industry and demo its latest solutions and design tools.

GaN Systems will appear at Electronica 2018 in Hall B5, Booth 430, November 13-16, in Munich, Germany and share key observations and insights on the automotive industry and demo its latest solutions and design tools.

The new products that will be on display include GS-065-120-1-D and GS-010-120-1-P (120 A, 100 V and 650 V) and the GSM-065-240-1-N-0 evaluation device (240 A, 650 V) for high power systems.

GaN Systems will supplement these products with the new PLECS simulation models that have been added to the Circuit Simulation Tool for 3-Phase Traction Inverter and Single-Phase T-Type 3-Level Inverter designs.

They will also have the new 50 W wireless power amplifier for wireless power transfer and charging applications in consumer, industrial, and automotive markets.
