MagnaChip Semiconductor offers a multi-channel Mini LED Driver for the expanding digital signage market.

The circuit is able to run 36 channel LEDs simultaneously and uses 12 Bit Grayscale PWM to enable the 4,000-step PWM control and a complex LED current control. It also provides 64-step output current control, which accurately depicts a variety of pictures and images complementing the brightness of the contents.

The new mini LED driver is able to withstand voltage of 65Venables surge protection for a high level of security, a key requirement in new LED signage, and uses a 64 Pin QFN Package (8X8mm^2) to ensure the highest thermal performance and effectively solve the heating issue.
