Fibocom’s FG150-AE, FM150-AE 5G Modules Complete Deutsche Telekom AG Certification

Fibocom announced its FG150-AE and FM150-AE 5G modules have completed the Deutsche Telekom AG certification.
According to the company, this makes it the world’s first certified 5G module at Deutsche Telekom.
The completion of the certificate signifies that the modules can be used for the deployment of 5G projects under Deutsche Telekom 5G SA/5G NSA/4G/3G network conditions, providing ultra-high-speed and low latency wireless networking services.
Per a company press release, the FG150-AE and FM150-AE 5G modules were released for Asia, Australia, and European markets. They support 5G standalone networks (SA) and non-standalone network (NSA) network architectures.
Furthermore, they operate with 5G Sub 6 and are compatible with LTE and WCDMA standards.
Fibocom stated that the modules have been applied to a number of scenarios such as 4K/8K HD live streaming, cloud office, Industrial 4.0, C-V2X, smart grid, smart security, and other innovative applications.
