Senet Releases Full Suite of RAN Planning and Management Tools

Senet released a full suite of Radio Access Network planning and management tools, development programs, and co-marketing initiatives for the deployment of commercial LoRaWAN solutions.

Senet released a full suite of Radio Access Network planning and management tools, development programs, and co-marketing initiatives for the deployment of commercial LoRaWAN solutions.

The purpose of the suite is to provide network operators, tower companies, solution providers, and other with the tools needed to design, deploy, and manage carrier-grade LoRaWAN networks from a dedicated RAN provider portal.

Providers have the ability to contract RAN deployment services from Senet as needed, with the company’s provider tools available in 80 countries.

Tools provided by Senet include:

  • Network design and RF planning, such as gateway placement, end node coverage simulation, and redundancy strategies and planning
  • Continuous real-time monitoring of system and network health
  • Reporting on the aggregation of alerts network-wide or by individual asset
  • Case management for generation and tracking of support cases from individual alerts

Through the company’s Low Power Wide Area Virtual Network (LVN), partners can benefit from operational efficiencies. Per the company, those participating in the LVN allows Ran providers to receive up to 40% of the Senet’s monthly contracted revenue generated by the end devices connecting to the Radio Access Network they have deployed.
