Littelfuse released the 8.0SMDJ series of high-surge TVS Diode products in a DO-214AB package, providing up to 8000W of peak pulse power dissipation. The unidirectional and bidirectional devices suit 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc applications by using a single device or two in series. The 8.0SMDJ Series TVS Diodes are available in tape and reel format in quantities of 3,000.
