The migration towards electrically-based mobility is a young and disruptive place, with core technologies and their related infrastructures in flux. Any real e-mobility solution must address as many facets of the vehicles and their infrastructure as possible. With that in mind, Bertrandt is showing its competence in implementing and combining current technologies in the HARRI innovation platform.
The HARRI show car, first presented to the public for the first time at the ELIV electric vehicle event in Bonn, Germany in October, demonstrates the technological competence of the Bertrandt Group along the entire value chain of future mobility concepts. In addition to addressing the automotive sector, it also includes solutions for municipal infrastructure, logistics companies, and passenger transportation. The platform will have its world premiere in January 2020 at CES in Las Vegas.
HARRI also showcases the combined application of current digitization trends such as autonomous driving, connectivity, and electric mobility in a vehicle. Combining an agile development approach with SPICE applications, the HARRI innovation platform presents a user experience integrating psychological and technical approaches, presenting an intuitive human-machine interface (HMI), demonstrating functionality such as a solid backend structure, fast recognition and processing of collected data, and V2X communication.
The project has already resulted in a number of modular, scalable, and re-usable solutions that can be adapted to future solutions. One such example is the Bertrandt labeling tool for the automated annotation of sensor data.
