SAN CARLOS, CA. Alliance Memory has slashed lead times for its DRAMs with -40°C to +105°C automotive temperature ratings, guaranteeing lead times of just six weeks for its most demanded automotive temperature range products.
Alliance Memory’s complete range of automotive temperature CMOS SDRAMs include double data rate (DDR), DDR2, and DDR3 devices.
Alliance Memory’s automotive temperature DRAMs are AEC-Q100-compliant for high-temperature-requirement applications. They include the following:
- Advanced Driving Assistance Systems (ADAS)
