Five Minutes With…Peter Gammel, CTO, Skyworks Solutions
RF has been and continues to be a mystery to most design engineers. And that’s okay, as long as the RF providers understand that. They provide a black box that designers can drop onto their boards, and everyone is happy. That’s a very simplified way of stating it, but it’s not that far from the truth. I asked Peter Gammel, the chief technology officer of Skyworks Solutions if that’s really what engineers want, or if my characterization was off base.
