Arteris, Inc. announced Tenstorrent is leveraging its Ncore and FlexNoC interconnect IP for its AI chiplet systems. The results is a flexible network-on-chip (NoC) interconnect for next generation AI solutions. The combination of Tenstorrent’s AI chiplet’s and RISC-V's openness are tailored specifically to users’ requirements.

Boardcon has started to deliver its PICO3566 SOM, a 67.6 x 32 mm form factor substitute for the Raspberry Pi CM3+. The SOM leverages ARM’s Mali-G52-2EE GPU and has capabilities to reach 1 TOPS with supplied NPU. The SoC is a Rockchip RK3566, Quad-core Cortex-A55 64-bit SoC at 1.8 GHz and was developed for neural network applications including intelligent interactive devices, IoT devices, personal computers, and robots. 

San Francisco, California. ObfusCat developed an algorithm to hide semantic proprietary code for sustaining more accurate and secure results from ChatGPT searches. The algorithm conceals and opens functions locally on users’ system with efficacy focused on security.

Taipei, Taiwan. Lanner Electronics expanded its portfolio with its EAI-I131, a video analysis edge AI platform for industrial solutions. It delivers up to 100 TOPS of AI computing courtesy of the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano or Jetson Orin NX system-on-modules.

Qeexo, a TDK group company, released an automated ML platform for Arm Keil MDK delivering an extensive range of ML algorithms developed for the Cortex-M0 to -M4 class processors. It is designed to promptly analyze sensor data for ML solutions.

Taipei, Taiwan. TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council) will discuss how intelligent computing and generative AI will be advancing at Computex 2023. TAITRA has invited keynote speakers from Qualcomm to discuss its latest innovations.

Brussels, Belgium. Linux Foundation Europe released the names of member's that have joined Linux Foundation Europe Advisory Board (LFEAB). Representatives from 20 leading EU members, and the UK, are differentiated by industry and size. The goal is to collaborate on the future of open-source with a community expanding from 100 partners. 

Oakland, California, and Portland Maine. Deloitte released a collective assessment showing 86% of enterprises are looking toward smart factories as the dominate driver of competition by 2025. However, 65% reported they have not made much, if any, progress. Element and HighByte  are delivering an integrated solution based on AWS's Industrial Data Fabric. "Together, HighByte and Element leverage the power of AWS to provide industrial organizations a solution to free their trapped plant data and turn it into business value," said Andy Bane, CEO of Element.
